Own the asset.
We run the miles.
You own the trucks and the operating company. We build and run the infrastructure behind them: driver recruiting, dispatch, compliance, maintenance, and weekly truck-level reporting you can check from your phone.
The truck is not the business.
Most people who want exposure to freight end up choosing between two bad options. Buy a truck and inherit a second job: dispatch at 6 a.m., a driver who quits on Tuesday, a breakdown in a state you’ve never visited. Or buy paper and own nothing you can touch, sell, or borrow against.
A truck is an asset. A trucking company is an operating system. We built the operating system, so you can own the asset without becoming the dispatcher, recruiter, safety manager, and maintenance coordinator.
The work behind every mile.
The truck is visible. The operating system behind it is what decides whether it produces.
Driver recruiting
CDL-A recruiting, drug testing and background checks, with a pipeline that runs before a seat opens.
Dispatch and freight
Loads booked through established broker and carrier relationships. Lanes chosen on net, not headline rate.
Compliance and safety
Entity, MC/DOT, IFTA, IRP, ELD monitoring, drug and alcohol consortium, driver files and audits.
Maintenance
Inspection at acquisition, scheduled preventive maintenance, and breakdown coordination by our team.
Fuel, factoring, insurance
Fuel card programs, factoring setup for weekly cash flow, and insurance coordination.
Reporting
Weekly deposits and truck-level reporting: which unit ran what, at what rate, against which costs. No pooled account.
Four ways in.
Dry Van
Class 8 trucks, rented 53-foot dry vans, general freight across 48 states. Lease-to-own trucks. Steadier freight and the largest driver pool.
Car Hauler
Class 8 tractors with 7–8 car hydraulic trailers on dealer, auction, OEM and remarketing lanes. Lease-to-own or outright purchase.
Flatbed RGN
Class 8 trucks with removable-gooseneck trailers hauling construction equipment and heavy machinery. Stronger rates, skilled drivers.
Existing Companies
Operations with drivers, equipment and broker relationships already running. Roughly 2.0–2.5× annual net income; financials under NDA.
Modeled unit economics and stress tests for each package are in our Investor Overview, available on request.
It’s yours. We operate it.
You own 100% of the operating entity and the equipment. Leased units title to you when paid in full; outright units title to you on day one. No franchise fee, no royalty, no brand license.
The operation runs from a laptop or phone. Our team acts as General Manager by default, and after a 4–6 month training period you can take that role yourself. Dispatch stays centralized, because broker relationships and lane access only hold their value when they’re managed consistently.
Risk doesn’t disappear. It gets managed.
Utilization is the whole game. A truck that runs makes money. A truck waiting on a driver or a part doesn’t, and it still owes its payment.
| Risk | How we manage it |
|---|---|
| Driver attrition | A recruiting pipeline that runs continuously, so replacements are screened before a seat opens |
| Breakdowns and downtime | Inspection at acquisition, preventive maintenance, repair coordination by our team |
| Freight-rate softness | A bias toward commercial accounts and contracted broker relationships |
| Fuel volatility | Negotiated fuel-card pricing and lanes chosen on net, not headline rate |
| Regulatory change | Standing compliance management: IFTA, IRP, UCR, ELD, consortium, driver files, audits |
| Illiquidity | This is a hard asset, not a security. If you may need this capital within 12 months, it’s the wrong place for it. |
